"VMA has been a huge blessing in our lives. My daughter, Ava, has Down syndrome and is 15 years old. She is at such a social and expressive time in her life. Lauren Boles’ program allows Ava to be social with her friends and learn a new skill at the same time. The Coronavirus lockdown has left kids with disabilities with very few options to feel a part of the world. VMA gives teens with disabilities an opportunity to belong to a group and build confidence while being creative. Our family loves VMA!"- Jennifer B.
"VMA has been such a wonderful experience for my daughter Maddie, 16. She loves learning about art in such a lively and fun way. She is more engaged when she learns with peers and I’m constantly impressed by what she tells me after class. I love the wide variety of topics that VMA has covered and how Lauren has made them relevant to Maddie and her life. Maddie looks forward to each class and happily sits down for her “art zoom” even after a full day of school." - Michelle K.
"Lauren is amazing! She is introducing my daughter to the magical world of the arts in a unique, gracious and heartwarming way. Isabella enjoys Lauren’s class tremendously. Through the exploration of an abundance of topics Isabella gets fulfilled with enjoyment while expanding her skills of creativity and artistry." - Patricia H.
"Lauren is amazing and works so naturally with our community. It is very evident that she is very comfortable and has experience in teaching what she is passionate about."
